Customer cancellation:

To continue with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • If the order is not delivered or shipped to you. In the event that the cancellation is made after shipping or sending the order, a cancellation fee will be charged to you. We reserve the full right to match the time your order was shipped with the time that you canceled your order.
  • We cannot provide / deliver the required product / service within a reasonable time period (60 days) working days from the day the order is confirmed.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

In the event that there is a defect in the product, you can request within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a “request to return payments / product” to return the product to Kooheji Jewellery.
You must contact us to complete the “Refunds Request” form before proceeding to the recovery process. The refund form is valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued

In the event of a return for other reasons, a shipping charge will be charged to the customer.
When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and certificates attached. We do not accept returns of products that are scratched or damaged by misuse. We reserve the right to accept returns for products that do not meet the above criteria.
